Montreal has an abundance of talented, dedicated, competent and open-minded young people who want to make a real contribution to their neighbourhood and city. Montreal’s 375th anniversary is the perfect opportunity to give them a voice, listen to their ideas and discover what they think a Young Montreal is all about. It also gives us a chance to talk to them about the City of Montreal’s priority issues, such as youth engagement in municipal democracy and their commitment to living together in harmony.

This project introduced young role models from the 19 boroughs to help them make connections in order to encourage them to reflect together and share best practices. The project mobilized and gathered ideas from the City’s young people and youth organizations for the 375th Youth Summit in the spring of 2017.
